Job Overview

Senior Associate, Corporate Actions Team Lead – Pune, MH (Hybrid). This role focuses on leading the corporate actions team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the production of Stock Record/Takeoff reports.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Ability to learn, understand, and comply with SEC rule 15c3-3
• Prior experience with Stock Record/Takeoff reports (preferred)
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with macros
• Problem‑solving ability
• Comfortable with night shift hours (5pm–2am / 6pm–3am)

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Post‑Graduation with 7+ years of work experience
• Ready to pursue relevant FINRA certification as required
