Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions from announcement to settlement. You will coordinate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Custodians, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations to evaluate events and communicate options and deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years of corporate actions experience, strong analytical skills, and an ability to thrive in a detailed, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate actions experience.
• Experience reviewing work and performing quality control activities.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions through settlement.
• Analyze events, assess impact, and communicate options, deadlines, risks, and participation requirements to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Custodians, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations teams.
• Review and validate analyses, elections, and processing by other team members.
• Maintain accurate event records and update internal systems.
• Prepare reports, track metrics, and provide event-status updates.
