Job summary
Master Search Solutions seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for its Essex County real estate practice. In this role you will represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business owners in complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements, while advising on zoning, land use, permitting, and related regulatory matters.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including lending and financing matters, with due diligence, title review, and deal structuring.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate and financing documents.
- Familiarity with zoning, land use, permitting, and related regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
- Represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business owners in commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan and financing documents, and development agreements.
- Handle commercial financing matters, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
