Qualifications

• 2+ years of large law firm transactional experience.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• New Jersey State Bar admission within 12 months of hiring.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial lending and real estate transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial loan documents and corporate documentation.
• Review title work, surveys, and conduct due diligence for lending and real estate matters.
• Assist with general corporate and commercial matters.
• Interact directly with clients to provide exceptional service.
