Job summary

Simpson Judge USA is a well-established law firm with a strong Commercial Real Estate practice, seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its New Jersey team.

You will handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing; draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases and related agreements; represent lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers and investors through transactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Strong experience with commercial real estate.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional documents.
• Strong academic credentials and admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial real estate matters and assist with structuring and negotiating transactions
