Job summary

Master Search Solutions seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for its Essex County real estate practice. In this role you will represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business owners in complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements, while advising on zoning, land use, permitting, and related regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including lending and financing matters, with due diligence, title review, and deal structuring.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate and financing documents.
• Familiarity with zoning, land use, permitting, and related regulatory matters.

A well-established and rapidly growing law firm in Essex County is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its thriving real estate practice.

In this role, YOU will:

• Represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business owners in commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan and financing documents, and development agreements.
• Handle commercial financing matters, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, permitting, title, and related regulatory matters.
• Assist with business and transactional matters involving real estate ownership, development, and investment.
• Work with attorneys across practice areas on complex commercial transactions.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Experience with zoning, land use, title, due diligence, and deal structuring is a plus.
