Qualifications

• Experience with Epic or Cerner implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider clinical operations workstreams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage deliverables for clinical modernization engagements and redesign workflows.
• Apply operations management and quality methods to assess current-state operations.
• Analyze patient access, utilization, and capacity metrics to inform recommendations.
• Support technology-enabled workflow integration with Epic and Cerner.
• Build client relationships through active listening and clear communication.
• Mentor junior team members and review outputs for accuracy.
• Coordinate resources and track progress across multiple workstreams.
