You will analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, mentor junior staff, and apply improvement methods across Epic and Cerner-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and clinician experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of healthcare operations consulting experience.
• Experience with Epic or Cerner implementations.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider clinical operations workstreams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage deliverables for clinical modernization engagements.
• Apply operations management and process-improvement methods.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to inform recommendations.
• Support technology-enabled workflow integration with Epic or Cerner.
• Develop client relationships and provide issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and review outputs.
