Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong technical accounting depth including consolidation and complex reconciliation.
• Proven experience leading a small team and managing delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 2–3 associates (S1) or larger groups on complex clients (S2).
• Take charge of overall delivery for assigned clients — accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Own month-end close, management reporting, and ad-hoc client deliverables.
