Job summary

LCS is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to own key reporting and compliance deliverables end to end, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. This role leads complex schedules, data validation, and variance analysis in partnership with BI and data owners.

The position requires 4-6 years in accounting/finance, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Travel 0-10% and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex journal entries, reconciliations, or reporting deliverables.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly CAM reporting deliverables with data validation and variance investigation.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules with strong documentation and controls.
• Submit regulatory and industry reports ensuring format and deadlines are met.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting with audit trails.
• Coordinate data governance checks and issue resolution with BI/IT teams.
• Maintain and improve reporting calendars, trackers, and standard work instructions.
• Support third-party compliance activities and due diligence financial requests.
