Job summary

Reunion, a growing force in clean energy finance and regulatory software, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to drive transactions between Fortune 500 buyers and developers/manufacturers. You will guide due diligence, negotiations, and client interactions while helping shape new financial and software products for our clients.

Qualifications

• Transactional experience in clean energy finance or tax credits.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and hacks to get a lot done with limited resources.
• Ability to read and interpret highly technical legalese within the regulatory framework for clean energy finance and tax credit transfers.
• A minimum of 3-5+ years of deeply relevant experience in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions between Fortune 500 corporations and leading clean energy companies.
• Oversee negotiations and due diligence documentation to move transactions toward closing.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring Reunion is the first call for tax credit financing.
• Collaborate with the software team and leadership to develop new offerings for clients.
