Job summary

Reunion is a remote-first energy-finance software company seeking a General Manager to own the P&L, set strategy, and build the team and systems that scale our FEOC, PWA, and Domestic Content compliance platform. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the founders to turn early wins into a durable, well-run business.

This operator role requires deep product and customer insight, with a focus on revenue, margins, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have run a business unit or P&L, with a track record of hitting targets you personally owned.
• Demonstrated ability to build operational rigor: clear metrics, ownership, and scalable processes.
• Decisive, direct, and comfortable with accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating in a regulated or compliance-heavy domain or ability to ramp quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and carry revenue, margin, and growth targets for Reunion's software business.
• Run the business day to day: set priorities for sales, marketing, operations, and strategy.
• Build scalable systems and reporting from onboarding through renewal and escalation handling.
• Hire top talent, set high performance standards, and foster entrepreneurship and ownership.
• Partner across the company with sales, marketing, and the tax credit transfer unit to win customers.
• Represent the business externally as a credible voice with customers, partners, and prospects.
