Job summary
Reunion, based in San Francisco, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to drive transaction processes between tax equity buyers and clean energy project developers. You will coordinate negotiations, oversee due diligence, and help shape new financial and software products to support clients.

Qualifications
- Transactional experience in clean energy finance or tax credits.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with regulatory framework for clean energy finance and tax credit transfers.
- 3–5+ years of deeply relevant experience in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead transactions between Fortune 500 corporations and leading clean energy companies; oversee negotiations to close deals.
- Manage relationships with developers and manufacturers, ensuring Reunion is the first call for tax credit and other financing.
- Synthesize due diligence documentation and develop Reunion’s industry playbook for tax credit transactions.
- Collaborate with software teams to advance compliance products and new client offerings.
