Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a Senior Associate to support Regional Directors in BD development and client services for Broker Dealer clients across the East Coast. You will build a strong pipeline, engage advisors through outbound calls, and translate investment concepts into clear advisor education.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in financial services, and strong communication skills; a hybrid, office-first environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services/Investment industry.
• Previous prospecting and sales experience preferred.
• Cold calling experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong analytical skills; quantitative problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to work in a team or independently.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a new pipeline of BD prospects.
• Source opportunities through outbound calls to advisors.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to identify new opportunities with financial advisors.
• Develop broad Broker Dealer industry insight to execute outbound growth strategies.
• Articulate complex investment principles and capital market research to financial advisors.
• Educate clients and prospects on portfolio solutions and how they work.
• Interact with clients on practice management related issues.
• Travel with Regional Directors and develop strong business relationships with key advisor clients.
• Develop and deliver complex investment presentations to financial advisors.
• Produce client-driven requests among a team of Associates.
