Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors in Charlotte seeks a Regional Director to lead regional sales and relationship management for the National Relationship Group. You will drive business development with broker-dealers, coach service teams, and present sophisticated investment strategies to advisors in both one-to-one and group settings.

The role requires deep knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation, plus a strong client-service orientation and entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA or CFP preferred.
• Extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Proven track-record with advisor relationships and growing a territory.
• Licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63/66) to be obtained within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership and management of a territory with independent and national broker dealers.
• Develop new advisor relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.
• Present investment capabilities and theory to financial advisors in various formats.
• Formulate and execute tailored territory strategy and initiatives.
• Be a team-player and sales thought leader within the Dimensional team.
• Grow net cash flows and AUM from broker-dealer clients in the territory.
