Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Regional Director to lead business development and relationship management for a territory focused on independent and national broker-dealer advisors. You will organize client service efforts to address advisor needs and drive sales leadership across the region.

You will discuss Dimensional’s investment capabilities, theory and performance with advisors, develop tailored territory strategies, and champion company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, CFA or CFP preferred.
• Demonstrated track-record of building Advisor relationships and growing a territory.
• Ability to present investment capabilities and theory to Advisors in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership and management of a territory composed primarily of independent and national broker dealer advisors.
• Develop new advisor relationships, while retaining and deepening existing advisor relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike.
• Present Dimensional Fund Advisors’ investment capabilities, investment theory and performance to financial advisors in both one-to-many and one-to-one sales environments.
• Formulate and execute tailored territory strategy and champion existing company initiatives.
• Be a team-player and sales thought leader within the Dimensional team.
• Be a spokesperson and ambassador of the Dimensional brand and investment theory throughout the industry.
• Grow net cash flows and AUM from broker-dealer clients within the territory through the adoption and retention of Dimensional’s investment strategies.
