Dimensional Fund Advisors invites a Senior Associate to support Regional Directors in business development and client services for financial advisor clients across the East Coast. The role emphasizes articulating investment principles, educating advisors on portfolio construction, and building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with MBA/CFA preferred, 5+ years in financial services, and licenses required within 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; MBA/CFA strongly preferred.
• Licensing (SIE, Series 7/63/66) required within 12 weeks of hire.
• 5+ years in financial services/investment industry; proactive learner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Articulating complex investment principles and capital market research to financial advisors.
• Educating financial advisors on portfolio construction and function.
• Interacting with advisors on practice management issues.
• Traveling with Regional Directors to build advisor relationships.
• Developing and delivering complex investment presentations.
• Coordinating client-driven requests within a team of Associates.
• Developing understanding of advisor industry and business practices.
