Dimensional Fund Advisors seeks a Regional Director, Broker-Dealer Advisor Group, to drive sales and manage top-tier advisor relationships within Wirehouse channels, primarily in California. The role emphasizes growth of NNA, strategic territory leadership, and collaboration across product and client teams.

You will engage high-production advisor teams, present Dimensional’s investment philosophy, and coach junior staff while traveling to meet clients and attend regional events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in external wholesaling or sales within Financial Services.
• Proven network with Wirehouse relationships (Merrill, MS, UBS, Wells).
• Demonstrated success in exceeding NNA targets and growing territory share.
• Deep conviction in evidence-based investing and Dimensional’s academic philosophy.
• Strong business development and client service orientation.
• Ability to present complex investment concepts clearly to advisors.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic sales and territory management across Wirehouse-advised FAs.
• Proactively generate new advisor relationships and deepen partnerships to maximize NNA.
• Partner with FAs to streamline practices toward fee-based, advisory models.
• Establish yourself as a trusted “thought partner” to high-production teams.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on Dimensional’s philosophy and performance.
• Coordinate with product specialists and client relationship teams for advisor needs.
• Serve as a spokesperson for Dimensional’s research in the Wirehouse market.
• Own territory P&L by increasing revenue and AUM.
