Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Workers' Compensation Experience Required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• California State Bar in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution.
• Preparing client for deposition; attending depositions; invoicing depositions.
• Responding to client inquiries and moving matters toward resolution.
• Responding to incoming emails and phone calls.
• Providing direction to non-attorneys as needed.
• Team player, positive workplace contributor; participate in team events.
