Abramson Labor Group in Burbank, CA, is seeking a Lead Attorney to direct its Workers' Compensation practice and mentor a team of attorneys and staff.

You will collaborate with the Managing Partner to guide strategy, defend and negotiate cases, and foster a collaborative culture while delivering excellent client service across California.

Qualificações

• JD and active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
