Abramson Labor Group is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in Burbank, CA. This full-time role offers a compensation range of USD 110,000 - USD 130,000 per year and supports a dynamic, employee-focused culture.

Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply. You will be supported by a large team of paralegals and staff, handling depositions, client inquiries, and case management to protect employees' rights across California.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution.
• Depositions: Preparing client for deposition.
• Depositions: Attending depositions.
• Invoicing Depositions.
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution.
• Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls.
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Team Player: Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example.
