Associates will manage cases and work closely with a Senior Associate, receiving substantial support from paralegals. The role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, unlimited PTO, and flexible time off.

Candidates must be CA State Barred. The position involves remote work with a salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and preferably reside in California.
• Experience in managing a docket of cases.
• Ability to respond to client inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle invoicing.
• Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Comfortable with fast-paced work environments

Doctor's deposition experience

Education

Good standing with the California State Bar
