Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• California bar admission required; Utah bar a plus but not required.
• Five to ten years of litigation, real estate, or mortgage law experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies.
• Draft court pleadings and defend motions.
• Handle discovery.
• Attend court hearings (telephonic and in person).
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
