Overview:

A distinguished Beverly Hills-based personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with trial experience to join our Litigation Practice. This role offers a dynamic career growth opportunity, directly reporting to our senior trial attorney and access to diverse casework. Duties:

• Effectively manage a caseload of ~40 cases with 2 dedicated support staff, meeting all deadlines.
• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including managing all phases of litigation and trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend depositions, and handle discovery.
• Maintain organized, detailed case files with regular communication and counsel provided to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff, and expert witnesses on case preparation and trial execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience in at least 1-2 jury trials as first or second chair.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to client-centered advocacy and continuous professional development.

Education & Licenses:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
