Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Area Contact to ensure seamless execution of the credit policy lifecycle.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI tools to implement workflow optimizations.
• Govern the day‑to‑day administration of Credit Approval and Credit Exception frameworks.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end Policy Adherence process, including recurring reporting routines.
• Validate and maintain the inventory of risks, requirements, and controls.
• Conduct user acceptance testing of enhancements to supporting credit risk technology.
• Draft release materials and develop communications related to change initiatives.
• Leverage data to provide insights for data‑based decisions.
