Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in risk management or process management at a financial institution or consultancy firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Area Contact (BAC) for seamless execution of the credit policy lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency.
• Govern the day-to-day administration of Credit Approval and Credit Exception frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end Policy Adherence and recurring reporting routines.
• Validate and maintain inventory of Risks, Requirements, and Controls for CR&A.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing of enhancements to credit risk tools.
• Draft release materials and communications for change initiatives.
• Leverage data to enable data-driven decisions within GV&I.
• Support ad-hoc GV&I framework initiatives.
