Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Detroit, MI seeks a Sr. Associate to support analytics, reporting and forecasting within the finance organization. The role offers exposure to upper management and a pathway to leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and finance transformation projects, with opportunities to contribute to M&A activities and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Three plus years of public accounting experience with a Big 4 or large regional CPA firm is required.
• Manufacturing and/or automotive industry experience preferred.
• CPA license is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal/external reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support finance transformation projects and internal controls.
