Job summary

Splendido in Oro Valley, AZ, seeks an Assisted Living Manager to oversee resident care programs, CMP initiatives, and staff leadership. This full-time, on-site role demands strong regulatory knowledge and a commitment to resident dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities include program leadership, staff supervision, care planning with families, and collaboration with clinical teams to assure compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with long-term care, assisted living and memory support.
• Therapeutic background with Alzheimer and dementia.
• Effective leadership and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable of Federal and State nursing regulations.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of therapeutic programs to maximize resident wellness.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with the DON for clinical oversight.
• Design service plans around residents' interests and strengths with family input.
• Oversee budgetary matters and collaborate with operations to ensure safety and quality.
• Mentor staff and provide ongoing training on CMP and dementia care.
• Ensure licensing, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
