Job summary

Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, a Mather community in Tucson, Arizona, seeks an Engagement Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver meaningful programs for residents. You will foster participation, support resident committees, and contribute to calendars, newsletters, and community communications while building strong relationships with residents, families, and contractors.

This is a full-time, hourly role requiring flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or related field required or 2+ years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Collaborative, welcoming, positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging older adults.
• Self-initiator requiring minimum supervision.
• Ability to use or learn Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, YouTube and resident facing portals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily program delivery, set up and manage spaces, ensure quality experiences for residents and contractors.
• Assist in calendars, newsletters, signage, and resident communications; maintain brand-aligned displays.
• Promote program participation, track engagement and feedback, design new program ideas aligned with resident interests.
• Engage with resident committees, move-in input, and ongoing check-ins to build relationships with residents and families.
• Support outings, external events, and partnerships; ensure contractors go through Independent Contract review and training.
