Nectar Life is seeking a Senior Assistant Store Manager in California to lead the store under the Director of Retail Brand Experience, driving results and inspiring a high-performing team.

You will own daily store performance, coach front-line leaders, and ensure a luxury guest experience while maintaining peak store operations and compliance. Compensation includes hourly pay, uncapped commission, 100% tips, and skincare bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of retail experience in luxury or premium segments.
• 2+ years leading store teams as ASM or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and converting data to action.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business and daily store performance.
• Drive sales, payroll, and operational results.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, average ticket, payroll, labor, and engagement.
• Develop action plans to improve store performance.
• Lead the sales floor and coach in real time.
• Celebrate wins while maintaining accountability.
• Develop future leaders through onboarding and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience.
• Own store operations, scheduling, merchandising, inventory.
• Ensure policy compliance and support loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Director to execute company initiatives.
• Serve as primary daily operations leader.
