You bring 2–5+ years in premium retail, strong leadership, and a passion for developing teams and delivering memorable experiences. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Commission and tips enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of retail experience, ideally in premium or luxury environments.
