Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of retail experience, ideally in premium or luxury environments.
• Previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and coach selling behaviors.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
