Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.
3. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
4. Manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Details

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.

Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
