Job description

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.

Work Schedule & Requirements: Up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
