Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers in coordinating concrete frame and formwork projects.

You will assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance while communicating with contractors and suppliers. This role requires a degree in engineering or construction management and 1–2 years of related experience, plus strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting similar project responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze plans, material deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections and audits of shoring, rebar installation, safety and quality.
• Assists managing project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to win projects and reduce risk.
• Creates and coordinates material and equipment schedules.
• Coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes.
• Performs special projects and other duties to support the organization.
