Taco Bell in Rhode Island is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train crew, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee onboarding, develop training plans, coach managers, schedule staff, and drive CHAMPS standards while monitoring P&L performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring managers and trainers.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and develop profitability strategies.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
