Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management with a track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experience recruiting and developing teams, including high and under-performing employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong, prepared team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster an equitable, inclusive culture.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff strategically, coach on CHAMPS standards, and lead rollout meetings for new products.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and pursue profitability without sacrificing service.
