Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sr. Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to be the Maintenance Supervisor's right-hand person.

You will be cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused, and mentor the team while going the extra mile for quality and service excellence. As a multi-site role, this position requires strong coordination with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring standards are met and residents receive outstanding service.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in all maintenance related skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in upholding community and corporate standards.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians to meet deadlines.
• Enforce all safety measures and maintain safe working conditions.
• Schedule daily activities with the Maintenance Supervisor, aiming for quality and efficiency.
• Document major repairs and requisitions before expenditures.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory, and security of keys.
