Job summary

Power Integrations seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel to join the Legal Department in California. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will oversee SEC filing programs, public company compliance, and governance, while collaborating with finance, HR, investor relations, and cross-functional teams.

You will provide broad support across commercial contracts, privacy, employment law, trade compliance, and litigation management, handling complex matters globally with business-focused

Qualifications

• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other disclosures.
• Support corporate governance, board administration, and equity plan oversight.
• Draft, review, and negotiate varied commercial agreements and privacy/compliance matters.
• Advise on employment, trade compliance, privacy, and litigation management as needed.
• Act as a back-up to the General Counsel on major legal and governance issues.
