Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience working directly with college students in a diverse higher education setting.
• Knowledge of FERPA, Title IX, VAWA, Clery Act requirements and due process procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Experience in educational program development, planning, implementation, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case manager coordinating a model of care for students with complex challenges.
• Coordinate and support services for Dream.US scholars.
• Lead administrator supporting undocumented students and ensuring equitable access to resources.
• Plan, lead, and facilitate training for faculty and staff on student support and crisis response.
• Oversee the Advocacy Resources Center (ARC) and promote student success.
