Qualifications

• One-year experience working with undocumented or immigrant communities in an office environment.
• Bilingual written and spoken Spanish.
• Two years of work experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite with advance experience using Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad administrative, operational, and program support for the Undocumented Student Resource Center.
• Assist with center coverage coordination and scheduling student appointments.
• Support event logistics, data collection, and general office operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to routine and non-routine needs in a high-traffic student support environment.
• Support staff and student employees and coordinate with multiple departments.
