Responsibilities

Direct Student Support: assess needs, coordinate resources, and advise students on policies and options.
Undocumented Student Resources: lead trainings, ensure equitable access, and manage related programs.
Case Management, Education, and Outreach: participate in the Student Behavioral Concerns Team and coordinate interventions.
Oversee ARC and Student Emergency Fund operations; partner with campus offices and community organizations.
