Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work in higher education with 8+ years in leadership of an academic unit.
• Ability to develop long-range financial and facilities plans.
• Experience with federal/state research contracts and grants.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to lead organizational reviews and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, operations, and resource management for the School's instructional, research and administrative functions.
• Direct financial operations and space, facilities and capital planning.
• Lead HR issues for both academic and staff within the School.
• Provide real-time data and analysis to the Dean for long-range planning.
• Collaborate with campus, UC system and community partners on strategic initiatives.
