Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in financial accounting and reporting)
• Minimum of seven years in financial accounting and budget experience
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and with the public
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with financial systems, including accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounts Payable operations.
• Prepare and analyze general ledger entries and monthly closings.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Analyze monthly financial statements versus budget for leadership.
• Prepare weekly cash flow analyses for Finance Management.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and reporting.
