Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in senior roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, or industrial distribution is preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close with senior sign-off.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial statements for parent company and executive team.
• Manage inventory and machine cost accounting, including landed costs and margin tracking.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and revenue recognition for multi-period projects.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Conduct segment/product-line margin analysis and provide data-driven pricing support.
• Deliver variance analysis detailing drivers behind financial performance.
