Our client, a growing U.S. manufacturer serving highly engineered markets, is seeking an Assistant Controller to help lead accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and deliver accurate reporting to support business decisions. This role will supervise the accounting team and partner closely with operations, supply chain, sales, and executive leadership.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience leading or supervising accounting staff.
• Must have accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Aerospace manufacturing experience is welcome but not required; other manufacturing backgrounds will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing-related financial processes.
