• Minimum of a B.A. in a relevant field.
• Experience with accrual-based accounting and GAAP requirements.
• Experience with tax, payroll, regulatory, and legal filings.
• Experience with multi-location financial reporting.
• 10+ years of general accounting and management experience within a fast-paced rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrates success in change management experiences.
• Meticulous with a strong sense of attention to detail and ability to manage highly confidential information.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
