Job summary

Mapletree in the United States is seeking a seasoned asset management professional to formulate and execute strategies for its industrial real estate portfolio, optimizing income and realizing the highest value of assets. You will manage annual budgets and performance reports, track NOI and distributable income, perform cash flow analyses, and collaborate with the US investment team on exits and financing.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, experience with Argus/MRI a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years’ asset/portfolio management experience in industrial markets.
Strong communication, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute asset management strategies for the real estate portfolio.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and performance reports (NOI, Distributable Income).
Assist with divestment/acquisition analyses and cash flow modelling.
Manage Argus/MRI files and update revenue and expenses for performance analyses.
Coordinate market intelligence and financing-related processes with Treasury.
Prepare investor reports and support valuation and IC meetings.
