• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of wide and deep experience providing expert competence.
• Experience leading asset retirement projects and coordinating with clients, regulators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Group Leader in refining and enhancing asset transition strategy for Asset Retirement.
• Develop and grow new clients in the Properties and Buildings Market.
• Build and manage a strong Asset Transition team to support workload growth.
• Lead large project teams and coordinate cross‑functional activities to deliver project outcomes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints; escalate when needed.
• Drive benefits realization through baseline assessments and post‑implementation analyses.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across business units.
• Communicate strategy and plan to the team and align with the organization’s mission and values.
