Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• General experience: wide and deep expertise (over 10 to 15 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Group Leader in refining the US Central Asset Transition Market Strategy for Asset Retirement.
• Develop new clients for GHD in Properties and Buildings market.
• Develop an opportunity pipeline for Asset Transition projects.
• Build and manage an Asset Transition team aligned with the US Central Asset Transition Strategy.
• Deliver project benefits realization and manage risk and issues.
• Foster a culture of innovation across business units through multi-stakeholder solutions.
• Lead and direct the function's strategy, motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Develop personal capability through training, accreditation, and ongoing education.
